Krashna Musika speelt tijdens deze concertreeks twee grote werken: Gustav Mahlers eerste symfonie en Messa di Gloria van Giacomo Puccini. Deze werken, hoewel gecomponeerd in ongeveer dezelfde tijdsperiode, zijn sterk contrasterend in stijl en karakter. Mahlers complexe laat-romantische eerste symfonie tegenover de mis met hints van opera van Puccini. Dat beloven unieke concerten te worden!

During this concert series, Krashna Musika will perform two major works: Gustav Mahler's First Symphony and Giacomo Puccini's Messa di Gloria. Although composed around the same time, these works contrast sharply in style and character. Mahler's complex late-Romantic First Symphony is contrasting with Puccini's opera-inspired mass.
